Project-Based Services

We recognize that not all business needs are best served via a service package, and offer project-based services as well. These start with an evaluation and a quote, usually based on labor, travel, and materials. Listed below are a few examples:

Timeclock Setup/Install

  • Luxury IT will work with you to set up and install a timeclock system for your business.

  • This will include both the pre-work required to set up the system, and the work required to install the system onsite and allow access to any necessary employees.

  • Includes 30 days of troubleshooting and setup help from day of install, including onsite service if necessary.

  • Setup uses uAttend JR2000 clocks on default but can be adjusted to any system you choose for an additional fee (price of equipment not included).

  • Includes one Location and 25 free RFID badges per clock (additional fees apply for extra locations/extra travel).

Electronic Document Conversion

  • Luxury IT will help you set up and create signable documents in place of your paper ones. We will also provide training documents on how to create documents yourself, how to send out documents, and how to sign documents.

  • This service includes the digitization of up to ten documents, as well as the creation of automatic form generation via weblinks. Additional documents are available for a fee.

  • By default this service uses Docusign, but can be customized to your preferred E-signature provider for an additional fee. (HelloSign, Adobe Sign & Fill, etc…)

  • Includes 60 days of troubleshooting and remote help from day of setup.

Security Camera Install

  • Luxury IT will come onsite and install a DVR and security cameras for your site.

  • By default, this service uses Hanwha camera systems, but other services can be worked on for an additional fee (price of equipment not included).

  • No cost for cable run or miscellaneous equipment (No power running).

  • Covers two cameras and DVR setup, additional fees apply for additional locations, DVR’s, and cameras.

  • Includes setup and administration of remote access portal

  • Includes 60 days of onsite troubleshooting and setup
