Service Packages

All of our service packages are billed via one monthly fee, which varies depending on package. While extra services and hours can be performed at the technician's discretion, each plan comes with an expected scope of service, detailed below:

Platinum Service Package

  • Expectation of 80-100 hours of work a month

  • Full service 24/7 onsite or remote support, responses within 5 minutes

  • Complete cloud backup support

  • Large scale project based work included in price

  • Full support software suite

  • Incidentals, cables, small equipment purchases included

  • Account management services

  • Residential support included

Gold Service Package

  • Expectation of 40-60 hours of work a month

  • 9-5 onsite support with 24/7 remote support and responses within 5 minutes

  • Large scale project based work discounted

  • Full support software suite

Timeclock Package

  • Expectation of 30-50 hours of work a month

  • Fully covered Timeclock system setup, installation, and maintenance.

  • Full onsite support with 24/7 remote support, only related to Timeclock Setups

  • Management and setup/installation of client timeclock systems (Perfect for Staffing Agencies!)

Remote Service Package

  • Expectation of 20-40 hours of work a month

  • Limited onsite support with 24/7 remote support

  • Primarily for remote management and simple consulting.

You can think of our Platinum package as equivalent to hiring a salaried CIO, our Gold package as hiring an IT technician, and the Timeclock and Remote packages as hiring specialized support techs.
