Support Philosophy

Commercial Support is the heart and soul of Luxury IT's Business. There are three ways in which our service differs from traditional IT Contracting firms:

- Our company focuses first and foremost on client relations. This means that all of our technicians are trained to answer and address all incoming issues within 5-10 minutes, 24/7. Our concern is not with finding easy work, profitable work, or work that fits our schedule, our sole concern is with ensuring our client is happy and being taken care of. While most IT support firms prioritize billing infrastructure, formality, and understanding of the chain of command, our firm focuses first and foremost on trust, responsiveness, and ability to work around a client's needs.

- This level of service is only possible thanks to our Flat Fee Billing system. We charge clients a monthly flat fee that varies depending on the service plan the client selects. Our technicians are trained to solve any and all problems a client has, and thanks to this system, your company will not have to pay extra when an emergency happens that requires more labor. Rather, you can use our services as much as you see fit. Traditionally, IT contracting bills by the hour, with workers incentivized to bill out as much work as possible. The flat fee system paired with our priority on customer relations means that our technicians are incentivized to instead make their client as happy as possible, and keep them as reliable customers for as long as possible.

- Due to our laser focus on Client relations, all clients will be assigned a single employee who will act as point of contact, primary technician, client liaison, and account manager. We train each of our technicians to learn their specific client's needs, not shoehorn them into ours. Your technician is trained as an IT generalist, who can handle anything from password resets and virus scans, to office networking and server setup. With a traditional IT contracting firm, work is split between specialists, most of whom have little to no understanding of your company's full IT infrastructure. In our system, your technician is able to make decisions and choices informed by their intimate knowledge of your company, helping to create a system tailor made to your company and your employees.
